Born and raised in Poland, I arrived in New York at the start of my college years and never left. The city’s beautiful disorder, its fierce rhythm and endless variety, and above all, its light, struck something deep within me. It felt less like a place and more like a living current I wanted to move within, to observe, to translate.

After graduation, I stayed, turning my lens toward the city itself, drawn to its ever-shifting stage, its fleeting gestures, its cast of strangers in constant motion. What began as observation became devotion: a quiet attempt to capture the pulse of a place that never holds still.

The heart of my work—excerpts of which are shared here—was shaped in and by this city. It stands as both a record and a reverence: a visual ode to New York’s layered, luminous complexity.
